Atrium Advisory Services Inc. (Atrium) will research, develop and maintain Corporate Environmental Sustainability Efforts (CESE), to support global protection for a viably sustainable planet. Atrium’s Corporate Environmental Sustainability Efforts (CESE) will be all-inclusive, focusing on effective protection for natural resources, human-kind, animals, climate and other inclusions globally. ATRIUM ADVISORY SERVICES INC. CORPORATE ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY EFFORTS (CESE)   

1. Explore a wide array of Environmental Sustainability educational methods, to maximize awareness of a Circular Economy.  
2. Support organizations that show Environmental Sustainability commitments, to advance local sustainability achievements.  
3. Purchase or Lease office space and residential space in Environmentally Sustainable buildings as applicable, to advance local community sustainability achievements.  
4. Encourage people in your personal-professional networks to support local and global Environmental Sustainability Efforts on a regular basis.  
5. Learn how to calculate your Carbon Footprint and Environment Footprint, to achieve the required level of educational awareness to drive Environmental Sustainability.  
6. Remain aware of your daily Carbon-Environmental Footprint, to minimize adverse environmental conditions.  
7. Develop and record regularly measurable/quantifiable goals (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) for Carbon-Environmental Footprint reduction, to minimize adverse environmental conditions.  
8. Learn about “things you should never pour down the drain” (utilizing Internet Searches and/or other available education methods), to minimize adverse environmental conditions. 
9. Turn off lighting in unoccupied rooms, to minimize gas and/or electricity consumption.  
10. Utilize natural daylight instead of electrical lighting during daylight hours, to minimize gas and/or electricity consumption. 
11. Use motion sensors to dynamically control air flow, air quality, lighting and other utilities, to minimize gas and/or electricity consumption.   
12. Raise the temperature of air conditioning, to minimize gas and/or electricity consumption.  
13. Utilize ceiling fans for circulation/cooling instead of air conditioning as applicable, to minimize gas and/or electricity consumption. 
14. Utilize solar energy panels as applicable, to minimize gas and/or electricity consumption. 
15. Open windows instead of utilizing air conditioning as applicable, to minimize gas and/or electricity consumption.

17. Dispose of pet waste properly, to minimize or prevent contaminants from entering the sewage system.  
18. Conservatively utilize running water for actively attended purposes only, to minimize water consumption. 
19. Utilize cold water versus hot water as applicable, to minimize gas and/or electricity consumption.   
20. Separate trash into recyclable trash bins, to minimize trash deposited into landfills. 
21. Utilize compostable and biodegradable procedures, to minimize or prevent contaminants from entering the global environment. 
22. Minimize the use of aerosol sprays and other related chemicals, to minimize or prevent contaminants from entering the global environment. 
23. Utilize as many recycled products as possible (including end-of-use electronic equipment, paper products, plastic products, food containers, clothing fabrics, furniture, other products), to minimize trash deposits in landfills. 
24. Donate unwanted commodity items to second-hand stores (Example: Goodwill and Salvation Army) as applicable for resale versus throwing such items in trash bins, to minimize trash deposits in landfills and support job creation.  
25. Group multiple online orders into one shipment for truck deliveries, to minimize consumption of vehicle fuel.  
26. Make efforts to create more sustainable business travel and personal travel, to minimize adverse environmental conditions. 
27. Minimize daily vehicle trips, to minimize consumption of vehicle fuel.  
28. Utilize electric and/or hybrid vehicles for transportation as applicable, to minimize consumption of vehicle fuel.  
29. Use public transportation as applicable, to minimize consumption of vehicle fuel. 
30. Use carpools as applicable, to minimize consumption of vehicle fuel.
